Not really, it would feel too much like those time-share sales people and to be honest everyone hates those.

I would if i wanted to take vacation but didnt know where or if i wanted to see who could offer the best price with the most in a package. Also, it is good to know what kind of activities will be involved if i went on a cruise or to some island or something. Id try to get the best hotel. Spending the 10$ could save me a few hundred after talking to enough people there.
