Continental Airlines Lost my Luggage last Nov. 11/06. To date, they have NOT located it nor have they compensated me for my loss. I was promised by the Lost luggage complaints dept that they will do their best to locate it. Christmas is around the corner and I had all my good suits in that luggage-(I was going on a cruise). Everytime I called their office, i was informed that they will be sending me a claim form and I have not received it until now. I have been given the run around, so I want to send a letter of complaint to the Chief of continental, maybe I can get the service I deserve. i am prepared to send the documents proving my loss. I will NEVER fly continental again. I am so upset with the treatment I have been receiving.
I would appreciate assistance immediately as I have no decent clothing left. for the coming holidays. I want to be compensated for the loss,inconvenience and suffering. i shall await for your reply. Thanks
where can I send a letter to Continental CEO Kellner and Customer Relations Exec. to file a complaint ?
