What should I do about this situation?

suit luggage
animepunk16 asked:

I was suppose to catch a air france at 10:50am, I caught the Gray hound bus, I bought the ticket for 1am to arrive at 9:15, but the bus didn’t come until two, The people had gotten my luggage. They told me I was going to arrive on time. So when I arrived, My suitcase wasn’t there and many other peoples suit case wasn’t there. They required that you payed for the suit case ( 10 dollars) and I tried to but put my own bag into the bus, but they took it and placed it.So, they check to see if it wasn’t at orlando. At the mean time I went to the airport to tell the about the situation and, they told me that I Either catch the plain and leave my bag or just miss the flight because they couldn’t do anything about it.

BTW someone paid the flight for me and I had to pay them back.

The thing is I asked them if they can send it and they said the would either send it back to my house or the will leave it there so that ” I” can pick it up.

I don’t think it’s very fair is there something that i should do about this situation?

Uhhhhh…..I **** airlines more and more the more I hear this crap. You can TRY complaining to the airline after you get home, but im my experience, they won’t do anything.
    Hate them TWICE.
And for the record I agree that this isnt fair.

i think you planned poorly. if the regular arrivial time was 9:15 and the flight was at 10:50 that would not give you the 2 hours minimum that you need to take an international flight.

they made a mistake, and tried to correct it by finding your bag and forwarding it to the final degsignation, ie the airport.

it was an 8 hour bus ride, you should have rescheduled your flight and waited for the bag to arrive.

i would then take up the charge that airfrance made for changing the ticket with grayhound.
