Depends on the size of the bag and if the flight is full or not…..talk to the airlines directly.

Usually you can get away with it. Most carriers now will let you take a carry on and a “personal item” like a diaper bag, computer bag, a purse so you shouldn’t have a problem. the last time i flew i had a computer bag and a big back pack and didn’t get hassled by Air France (and they are some of the toughest about carry on bags and believe me i know i work for anther carrier but fly them often)
