My suit case measures 28 inches high, 23 inches across and 11 inches deep. – My flight info says I am allowed 62 inches- is my suitcase okay?
If it’s not – is there anything I can do to have the airline accept my suicase?

I need to purchase a suitcase for my husband when he needs to check luggage. We have a carry-on for when he doesn’t need as much. But sometimes he needs a suit, dress shirts, extra shoes, jackets, etc. I want something with wheels as sometimes he has to change airlines and retrieve his luggage and travel to the other end of the airport and recheck it (no choice here – work makes the reservations). I’ve heard that the 29″ will be too heavy with the clothes in it. Is that true? Should we go with a suitcase or a garment bag? Should we consider 2 or 4 wheels? What do you recommend?
