I have a job interview in NYC, and I need to find a place in midtown that both lets you store luggage and offers a place to change your clothes. This is for a job interview that I need to go to in the morning someplace else in midtown (in a suit) before going into work at my regular job (also in midtown, wearing business casual). I live out of town and can’t go back home. I can’t take the day off. I don’t want to get a hotel room b/c I just need a place to store a bag for a few hours and then a spot to change from a suit back to regular clothes. As close as possible to 6th or Broadway north of Times Square would be great. I don’t even know where to begin to look for something like this, or even if such a place exists. Thanks!

I’m coming from Oz for a few weeks and I know we will be going somewhere up market in Manhattan (much to my dismay – I’m so nervous). What do I wear? A few people have mentioned business suits but this seems odd to me. Would a cocktail dress be better suited?

I have to think about my luggage too; I don’t want to take too much.

Also, can you please give me an idea of what these fine dining places are like – I’ve never visited one before and am petrified at the thought!

As an aside, if offering to go ‘Dutch’ with payment, should I do this at time of payment, or afterwards?

Thank you for your help!
