They handle them carefully and rarely lose them. One time, my mom couldn't find her suitcase though on our way home. I'm not sure what happened, but it just wasn't with the others. But once everyone left the airport and took their luggage, they found my mom's suitcase and mailed it to us right away. So I wouldn't worry.
