hellooo. i live in the states, and am taking a 2 hour flight to chicago soon. i was planning on bringing these following items in my carry on, but am not sure if they are allowed. I am hesitant to check them in my checked luggage, just in case of breakage, loss of luggage, or the airline people going through my suit case and taking them away/roughly handling them because some items are expensive.

eyeliner

The makeup should be fine but i don’t think that the straightener would be able to be in the carry on…i would put it in the luggage
yeah it’s fine. if you are planning on bringing a liquid make sure it’s under 100mg and sealed in a plastic bag in your suit case which will be checked. if you put it in carry on they will probably make you throw it away.
All of those items are fine to take on the plane in your carry on bag. The only thing that is a liquid on your list is the eyeliner and I seriously doubt that its more than 2 oz.
all those things are okay to bring on your carry on.
i travel a lot.
and sometimes even straighten my hair in airport bathrooms.

go to sephora.com and go to airline approved beauty or something like that to see if you items are those or similar but I think all is good besides maybe the straightneer call and they will tell yout hough
as long as your eyeliner isnt liqui dbut even if it was you can bring all that on a plane don’t worry!!

And I wouldn’t worry about them breaking or losing your luggage. They handle them carefully and rarely lose them. One time, my mom couldn’t find her suitcase though on our way home. I’m not sure what happened, but it just wasn’t with the others. But once everyone left the airport and took their luggage, they found my mom’s suitcase and mailed it to us right away. So I wouldn’t worry. Just relax and enjoy your trip! 
Yes.. but my cousin tried to take things like mascara and liquid liner and they made her throw it all away so be carefull!
All fo that is fine. And when i flew about 2 weeks ago, I found out they allow you to carry one fl oz containers too. So if you have perfume or whatnot in there, that’s fine.
