		<description>no. you arent entitled to any compensation since they have attempted to notify you through the intercom system. Besides, YOU left your stuff there. why should they even clean up after your mess? They didnt do something illegal, so they technically dont have to give you any money back.</description>

		<description>Well typically, if it had been lost luggage and the pens were inside airlines will generally compensate for items in luggage up to a specified amount on a receipt that is printed on your bag tags when you travel.  However, this wasn&#039;t luggage.  You mistakenly left your jacket at the ticket counter and the ticket agent tried to notify you.  Did the pens fall out before your jacket was found, did the agent keep the pens, did the person who sent your jacket via FedEx take the pens......?  No one knows what happened,  but usually to keep a customer happy, any airline would be happy to replace lost items if you produce a receipt of purchase for them dated before the said date of loss.     ( I work as a customer service rep for a different airline)</description>
