you can’t take razor with you

in suitcase luggage (booked luggage), none of these items should be a problem. However, in your cabin luggage, razors may not be permitted.

What I would do is go to your airports website. Often they will have a place listing what can’t be taken on as carry-on luggage and what can’t be taken on the plane at all. I would avoid most metal objects on carry-on and all liquids must be under, I believe it’s 3 oz, but I am not sure. Also, wear shoes that are easy to take on and off because most of the time you have to take them off at security. I think sometimes what gets through is also dependent on the mood of security personnel and your race ( I know, bad, but it’s true ). My friend got in trouble for having tweezers and grooming scissors but I have gotten on with a lighter lol. Now when I fly all I take is my ipod , a puzzle book, and my wallet. Evrything else goes on the plane. Also, KEEP IT LIGHT, you can now be charged based on the weight of your luggage.

If your razor is a safety razor then you can carry it in your hand luggage.so too your phone, no problem there. More important is the fact that you CANNOT take any liquids (including drinks), creams, aerosols, gels or pastes (toothpaste) in your hand luggage if they are over 100mls.(check the sizes because we always will). The only electrical item not allowed is a full size iron, travel irons are allowed. If your suitcase for the hold is overweight, NEVER take out your toiletries, always take out shoes or clothes

Pack straightener and dryer and razors in your suitcase to check in. You can’t have them in the cabin.

Where are you flying? That makes a difference. Does the airline provide food free or do you have to buy it? In that case, take a packed lunch. Are you vegetarian? Pre-order your meakl a week before.

In cabin, keep all liquids and gels below 100ml or you will have it taken from you. Keep cabin bag as small as you can, or take one on wheels, otherwise it’s a pain having to carry it everywhere. A lot of walking at airports. Phone is okay. Crew will tell you when you have to turn it off on board. Can’t use it in the air to make calls.
